We specialize in high-performance carbon bike tuning, repair, and the sale of related products and components. Products are sold through our online shop powered by WooCommerce.
We serve customers in the EU and the United Kingdom.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct errors and update product details at any time without prior notice.

We ship to addresses within the EU and the UK. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Return the product in its original condition within another 14 days
You will receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the return
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exceptions: Custom-made or clearly personalized items are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal.
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty period of 2 years for EU consumers. If your product is defective or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a suitable solution (repair, replacement, refund).
This does not affect your legal rights.
