If the item you ordered isn’t exactly what you expected, or if you accidentally ordered the wrong part, no worries — we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.

Our return policy in a nutshell:

You can return your order within 100 days of receiving it, as long as the product is unused, undamaged, and complete. Simply submit a return request via WhatsApp, our contact form, or the return form on our website.

After approval, you have 14 days to send the product back, preferably in its original packaging.

• Exchanges are possible after approval — any price difference will be settled.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.
• We refund within 14 days after your withdrawal request, using your original payment method.
• Damaged returns may lead to a deduction in your refund amount.
• Returns without prior approval may be refused and returned at your expense.

Please note: Custom-made items, hygiene-related products after opening, sale items, and business purchases are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
